Just off famed Highway 1 along California’s iconic Central Coast, the ranch is a idyllic homestead with a rich history. We’re the Stoll family and after searching the area to find the perfect property, we stumbled upon this little slice of heaven in 2020.

Our ranch combines the rolling chaparral and Oak-studded hills of Santa Ynez with cool breeze of the nearby Pacific with 170 acres of oak woodland, swimming and fishing pond, cattle pastures, hiking and walking trails with vistas, and a year-round creek.

We fell in love with the year round temperate climate and picturesque views from atop the property and know you will too.

We’ve been busy and have hosted everything from weddings, to company retreats, family reunions, and marketing shoots.
